Privacy policy

1. What we collect

To produce a quote we collect the addresses you enter, the items you select, your property access details and your chosen date. This can be done without giving us your identity.

To complete a booking we additionally collect your name, email address, telephone number, the full collection and delivery addresses, and any notes you provide for your driver.

We receive confirmation of payment from Stripe, together with a payment reference. We do not receive or store your full card number, expiry date or security code.

2. Why we use it

To calculate your price, to fulfil your booking, to allow your driver to contact you, to take payment, to provide receipts and to deal with any query or claim relating to your job.

We rely on performance of a contract as our lawful basis for booking data, and on legitimate interests for service improvement and fraud prevention. We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing without your consent.

3. Who we share it with

With the driver assigned to your job, limited to what they need to complete it. With Stripe, to process payment. With our hosting and database providers, who store data on our behalf under contract.

We will disclose data where we are legally required to do so, and to establish or defend legal claims.

4. How long we keep it

Booking records are retained for six years to meet accounting and tax obligations. Quote data that never becomes a booking is retained for a short period to help us understand demand, then deleted or aggregated.

5. Your rights

You have the right to request a copy of your data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request erasure where we have no overriding obligation to retain it, to restrict or object to processing, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of essential cookies to make the booking flow work, and privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages people use. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
